Motivational needs depend on three drivers. How we perceive ourselves, what we expect from the future, and what we are like about our personality. The first two elements, especially our expectations for the future, can be changed. 6What is the difference between a personality test and a Motivation Map?
Personality tests deal with relatively fixed and stable traits; The motivational Map deals with a state of constant change and dynamics, and it shows where energy flows. Unlike personality tests, which usually only need to be completed once, motivational maps need to be completed as a cyclical process, as your energy, like your health, needs to be monitored and improved.
